Joona is designed for you and serves multiple purposes.
You are able to keep a record of your health status and history including:
- vaccination pass
- medication intakes and reminders,
- upload and storage of health documents (like an MRI scan etc.)
- mother pass / pregnancy
- and more features to launch in the future.
Our commitment is to keep your data safe, allow the creation and managing of profiles for underage children, and provide viewer access for other profiles that are specifically shared with you for emergency purposes.
In addition, we use your data only if you allow us to in order to optimize Joona. Go to the settings section in your Joona account to help us create the best experience for you and your family.

Unlike free apps, our subscription service helps protect you and your data. We offer a wide range of features where you own your data. We will never sell your data – though you will have the option to help us further certain research topics. Check our Joona Privacy Commitment page for more info.

We offer two subscription options: Premium and Multi. For each you can choose to either pay monthly or annually. Click here to find the right subscription option for you. Joona is a unique tool that is designed as an easy to use data safe companion for your health journey. You also have the capability to share and manage the profiles of underage children, view the profile of relatives and those important to you for emergency purposes.

Subscription Questions

Download Joona from the App Store. Once you register, you will find screens that ask you to register and choose a subscription plan. We offer two subscription plans: Joona Premium and Joona Multi.

To cancel a subscription through the App Store on your Apple device, follow these steps:
On iPhone or iPad:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you don’t see the option to cancel, the subscription may have already been canceled or is not active.
On Mac:
Open the App Store app.
Click your name or Sign In at the bottom left corner.
Choose Account Settings.
Scroll to the Subscriptions section and click Manage.
Find the subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
Additional Notes:
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but lets you continue using the service until the current billing period ends.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription — you must cancel it manually.
If you don’t see the subscription in your Apple ID, it may have been purchased with another account or directly through the service provider. In that case, check your payment method or contact the provider.

You can find your App Store subscription receipts in a few different ways:
On iPhone or iPad:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Media & Purchases > View Account.
Tap Purchase History to view your recent purchases.
Select a transaction to see details or resend the receipt to your email.
On a Computer:
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Browse your purchase history.
Click Receipt next to the transaction to view or download it.
Via Email:
Apple automatically emails a receipt to your Apple ID email after each purchase. Search your inbox for “Your receipt from Apple” to locate it.
